Registration for Money Laundering Regulation (MLR)
Following the introduction of the 2007 Anti Money Laundering Regulations by the Government it is now a Legal requirement that ALL Company Formation Agents have an MLR from the 15th December.
Companies 4 U Limited have successfully applied for and received its MLR Registration Number 12283576. This means that we have passed the Fit and Proper test and have confirmation from HM Customs and Excise that we have successfully registered for MLR.
Please be aware that any Formation Agent operating without an MLR number is breaking the Law and we would advise that you ask for details of the MLR number prior to processing a formation through any Agent.
