Companies 4 U Limited offers a unique service to provide a substantial layer of privacy and protection called the “Nominee Service.” The names and addresses of the officers, directors and, on some occasions, shareholders of a company are required to be listed in the public records and archives. Many of our clients want privacy and do not want their personal names and addresses to be publicly listed. So, to protect our clients from prying eyes, and potential litigation, Companies 4 U Limited will assign one of our associated companies, to stand in for you as the officers and directors of your company. This service is offered at a very low price and leaves you in control.
As a majority shareholder, you can always vote the nominee officers out of the company. In addition, your Companies 4 U Limited nominee officers do not touch any funds associated with the company. You can retain the signature authority over all accounts. We have a written agreement that your nominees are listed in name only. Your nominees do not have access or signature authority over any corporate account. They simply fulfill the legal requirement for a company to have one or more listed officers and directors.
This service provides you with a Nominee Shareholder in the UK for a period of twelve months.
